The Agape Community Does Good, Feels Good, and Changes the World every day. Now we’re inviting you to double down on the good you’re already doing in the world by joining our challenge. Post a good you saw, you received, or you did. Your post raises real live dollars that fund all the basics- happiness, food, water, air and freedom. If you are from an Agape Ministry, please include the name of the ministry in the Good you post.
I met a girl who created this receptacle that can be mounted to posts near areas where people fish so they can easily dispose of their fishing line and nets, which will save all kinds of ocean life from death by getting tangled littered line and nets. So we sponsored a receptacle which will go on some property near our home by the beach.
While visiting LA for the first time, we treated my sister and bro-in-law, who live in Utah, to a whale watching excursion. It was an epic day! 3 hours of these amazing beauties gracing us with their presence. It was so much fun to see them experience these astounding beings for the first time! My Bro-in-law took this photo… so cool!
One of my best friends gave me a gift that would push me to get beyond my fear of performing again and in perfect synchronicity a new friend asked me if I wanted to take a workshop with her… so cool when people believe in you more than you believe in yourself to remind you of who you really are, when you have forgotten.
I was in line at the Post Office mailing a thank you card and a small package. For some reason the woman behind the counter insisted I had to pay separately, in cash, for the stamp for the card. I told her I didn’t have any cash and someone in line behind me said, “How much is it?” stepped forward and paid for me. It wasn’t just that she paid for the stamp, we locked eyes and she gave me the most wonderful, open smile. It was such a lovely moment. I’ll never forget her lovely, smiling face and her act of pure kindness.
