I read online about middle class Syrian women stuck in refugee camps who are desperate for a spot of lawn or a little plant but unable to have that so they are scrambling for small pieces of green cloth or tiny green carpet remnants to put on the floor to remind them of when their lives were normal. To this end I planted four small bushes in my yard in their honor. It helps me realize how much I actually take for granted.

    Thank you. I agree with you.
    Even if we can’t get over there to help them physically hopefully they can sense that some women in the world get what they are going though and care enough to pray for them.
